BRAIDWOOD RD, CONCRETE PLANT GOULBURN

• Multiquip Aggregates have recently received approval for a concrete batching plant at Braidwood Rd, Goulburn, NSW.
• It is proposed to construct and operate a concrete batching plant, concrete works, and sand and soils yard despatching annually up to:
  • 150 000t (60 000m3) of pre-mixed concrete;
  • 10 000t of precast concrete products (e.g. blocks, bollards etc.); and
  • 10 000t of sand, soil and aggregate material.
  The Project Site would include the following key components.
  • Concrete batching plant, incorporating a batch office, aggregate bins and conveyors, cement silos, bunded additives storage and slump stand.
  • Truck wash-out and water management areas.
  • Pre-cast concrete production area (varying locations).
  • Aggregate Storage Area.
